Engine Temp

BTW, it was my alternator on the last question I had. Original Alternator was over 30 years old... Wow. Thanks!I was just curious on operating temp on my 1978SC 911. The car has all services up to date (plugs, coils, oil changes, new alternator, battery, etc) I was driving yesterday for about 35 minutes on freeway and noticed my temp gauge started to creep up near the red zone. I know all these air cooled cars run hot but I just want to be careful I don't run it too far into red zone. Typical fall day in N.Calif. Outside temp was about 70 degrees and I wasn't really in that much traffic. Should I be concerned? Any upgrades or mods that I can do to keep temp cooler?I took a picture at Idle and the oil temp was middle range but engine temp was right near red zone. Thanks!
