Fitting 7x15 Fuchs 225/50 tires on 1966 911

Vehicle Information: Model: 911; Year: 1966; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2-liter, 1991 cc, single plug racing engine; Total Mileage: 50k;

We have a 1966 911 we race in the SVRA. We want to fit 7x15 Fuchs with 225/50 tires on the rear. We want to flare the fender the minimum amount possible to retain the looks of a 69 era 911. The 911R Fuchs are nearly impossible to find so we are using the 23.3mm offset. The rules call for no plastic but we have approval to flare the fenders. How is this process done and are there any experts that you can recommend to do a quality job? We have local body shops that are unfamiliar with Porsches and we are not sure what to tell them exactly. We do not want the look of the later model wide flares. If you know of any Porsche experts that have done this we would love to know.
