Well Ed you where right on the money! I raised the car about one half inch and the bouncing effect went away. I also installed the steer rack bump steer kit. The test drive on rough roads shows that the car is performing as expected. I did not need to remove a section of the shock bump steer stops since it appears to be handling just fine with the car high lower to 24 inches from floor to bottom of fender well all away around. I may do a little more tweaking once Ive driven the car for a few weeks. Thanks again for your help it allowed me to focus right in on the problem and better understand what my change was expected to do.
