front suspension clicking

Suspension

Model: 911tt, Year:2002, Mileage:37,400, Type of use:Street use only
I have a 2002 Twin Turbo with PSS-9s, H&R adjustable swaybars front and rear, and suspension lowered to factory X73 spec. Suspension was set up like this about 2 and one-half years ago, and car has been driven roughly 12K miles in that time. Current mileage is about 37K. I am getting clicking sounds from the front left wheel area when turning right at very low (parking) speeds and applying a fair amount, but not full, steering lock. Car has been to dealer who could not diagnose any problem; steering rack fine; front shocks not leaking and rebound correct; nothing caught in spring, etc. The problem first manifested as a single pronounced clunk when turning as described above, but now is a series of lighter clicks. Any ideas?
