Front Suspension Upgrade

Suspension and Steering

Model: C4, Year:1995, Mileage:119000, Type of use:Street use only
After 119,000 miles I am performing an engine overhaul and thought that now would be a good time to work on the front suspension as well. My plan was to try to have the front suspension as tight as possible - to give it that "like new" feel. What would be your recommendation? I had planned on front control arms, tie-rods, ball joints, and the steering rack stiffner plate. Another thought was to use RS parts instead of the standard. Do RS tie-rods, and control arms fit a standard wheel carrier? Would a strut brace help (street use only)? For the engine should I replace the starter?
