Fuel Leak

Fuel System

Vehicle Information: Model: 911; Year: 1977; Body Type: Targa; Total Mileage: 106,000;

I have a fuel leak in a fuel line, just above the transmission bracket. The leak seems to be coming from a coupling in the line, but I'm not sure if its the coupling that connects the rubber line to the steel tunnel line or if there is another short section. Without loosening the transmission bracket, it is difficult to get into the space where the leak is. How do can I determine whether the hose is supply or return? Is there any information available on what size of hose/fittings I need for either of supply or return lines? This is my first 911 and I'm learning as things like this come up. I'd prefer to do the fix myself so any tips and suggestions would be appreciated.
