How important is Caster angle?

Suspension

Model: 928 GTS, Year:1993, Mileage:112,00, Type of use:Street use only
I have a 1993 GTS that recently had some front suspension work completed - new upper control arms. When the work was done the front wheels were aligned at a shop that has a lot of experience with Porsche 928's special requirements. The alignment shop indicates due to an accident by PO it was impossible to set the right front caster angle within spec (4 - 5 degrees). the RF caster is 9.78 degrees. To compensate the left front caster was set to its maximum of 5.7 degrees. Camber and toe in are all within Porsche specifications.I have not noted any problem with the steering, straight line tracking or handling and would like to know what will happen if I leave the car the way it is.
