H&R Sway Bar Upgrade - 993 Coupe

Suspension and Steering

Model: 993 standard coupe, Year:1996, Mileage:74,000, Type of use:Both Street & Track
You may have already covered this topic, but I had less time than it would take to look at all the possible posts here, so here's my Q:I just installed the Bilstein PSS10 coil-over kit on my 1996 993. Got it aligned and now am thinking about H&R sway bars (26mm front & 24mm rear - P/Ns 70953 & 71953 respectively). One of my PCA buddies has a rear H&R sway bar he will let me have (he already upgraded again to a stiffer bar set) Unfortunately, he doesn't have the front H&R bar - only the rear one. I wanted to know if there would be any advantages / disadvantages to the car's handling at AX & DE events with only the rear sway bar upgrade from stock vs. installing H&Rs both front and rears. Also the part # on his H&R sway bar is 33954 HA, which does not match the H&R # above and I could not locate a cross reference to verify it would be a match.
