ID tags chassis numbers

Model: 914/6, Year:1970, Mileage:29785, Type of use:Both Street & Track
I'm trying to find a chassis number on my World 914/6. I have a new replacement tag for the headlight support area, but I need to know what info goes on the tag. Vin and chassis numbers? Or something else? Please advise. Gary Altenbach 707 5395830
