Heating and Ventilation

Vehicle Information: Model: 911; Year: 1989; Body Type: Convertible; Engine (type, size, modifications): standard; Total Mileage: 59k;

I recently purchased a 1989 Silver Anniversary Cabriolet, and love the car. However, there is a strong fuel smell in the car after it sits for a couple of hours. I've checked under the carpets in the front, and checked the visible fuel lines and do not see a leak or observe fluid/wetness anywhere. I had the heat on while driving and the fumes were painful. Where should I take the car in Los Angeles for service? Many thanks.
