Keep Hoeptner or go to oil fed tensioners

I’ve read good things about Hoeptner tensioners herein.  I’ve had them since ‘92 and 20K miles since (installed by Mayo Perf in Euless TX).  I’m going to embark on an engine rebuild. I’m considering oil fed tensioners, but seems the only gain might be a little less noise, and possible slight increased value at sell time.  Are the mechanical Hoeptner tensioners a bit noisier than the stock tensioners and or the oil fed ones?  Any other concrete gains to going to oil fed Carrera style tensioners, given I’ve got Hoeptner?

Any ideas on either path appreciated.
