Knock from front left when un-weighting

Suspension and Steering

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Carrera; Year: 1987; Body Type: Targa; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2, no mods; Total Mileage: 65K;

I did a full brake rebuild last month, new rotors, caliper rebuild, SS lines and pads. Outside wheel bearing were freshly packed. I did not do anything to the inner bearings. Car has Weltmeister Sway Bars on front and rear and a tower brace.Last weekend I was at a DE event. Occasionaly when I would be turning left under load and the front left would unweight I would get a single knock that felt like it was under my left foot. I did tighten the front wheel bearing on Sunday morning and I thought it had fixed it but it came back. Tugging on the rotor with the wheel off seems tight, with the wheel on the ground and pulling, I 'might' feel the problem. I have tighten it more than I feel comfortable and the noise is still there. Shocks only have about 10k on them. Everything in the wheel well is tight. I have not pulled the pan yet. Car is handling fine and there are no wobbles or pulling that I can tell. Any suggestions on what I might look for before turning it over to my shop?
