Koni Revalving

Hi There. My 911 is on a diet, and I hope to shed some weight by deleting most interior components, heating/ventalation, door window regulators, and a few other odds and ends. I have Sanders 22mm and 28mm torsion bars (yet to be installed), and I've got what I believe to be the early Koni struts. Also, I am installing a set of Kokeln anti-sway bars. I was told that the early Koni strut housings will only accept early inserts. I was also told that no 'sport' inserts were available for these early housings. Is this correct?. I have already purchaced a pair of the early inserts, but will have to get them revalved to opperate correctly with the lower weight and higher spring rate of the bigger torsion bars. My question is, what information should I relay to the boys at Truechoice regarding my needs? They were eager to help, but specifics like spring rates and weight bias were things that I couldn't help them with. What spring rate do I have with these torsion bars? Any other info to help me properly valve my struts/shocks would be greatly appreciated.
