Lifting the car with a floor jack

Model: 911 Carrera Cab, Year:1985, Mileage:117000, Type of use:Street use only
Hi, I am a new member and have recently purchase my first Porsche. I drove this car back from Orlando Florida to my home in Cary NC. It drove great. The car is in need of an oil change and I have 2 question.1) How do I correctly pick up my car front and rear using a floor jack? I need to replace the tierods and do an oil change.2) What is the correct or best type of oil and and weight and filter for this car? (I was given a Mann filter with this car)History: it is a 1985 911 Carrera Cabriolet with a 3.2 engine with 117,000 miles. The person who owned it said he was using Mobil sythetic 5w30. The car is also starting to have an oil leak. I do not know if it is something worn or the oil causing the leak. I need to be able to pick it up in order to inspect. I have about 35 years of experience on carsbut never a Porsche.v Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
