Long bellhousing G-50 transmission ('90 964)

Transmission and Clutch

Vehicle Information: Year: 1990; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 964,3.6 stock; Total Mileage: 75,000;

I've recently purchased a 964 3.6 engine/trans. combo and am planning to retrofit it into a 914. I've already dealt (in theory) with all the other potential issues regarding space, mounts, linkage, etc., but want to make absolutely sure that the ring and pinion on a long bellhousing G50 can actually be flopped to the other as is the case on the 901 and the 915 trans before I proceed. It'd be my luck to deal perfectly with all the other obstacles and find out that my dream car is intractibly stuck with 5 reverse gears and one forward!Thanks!
