LSD Transaxle noise

Hello, I have a 1988 Porsche 944 with 154,000 miles and recently purchased a 1985.5 parts car with 130,000 miles on it and I discovered it had the more desirable M220 LSD Transaxle in it. So I decided to replace the open diff transaxle in my 944 with the LSD and rebuild the torque tube while I had the transaxle out. The torque tube rebuild went well and elimnated most of the whining noises when I lift off the throttle. I cleaned up the LSD and did a fluid change on it with the LSD redline fluid and found no trace on metal shavingings in the old fluid. However when I put it in my 944 I noticed it creates a noise when I have the clutch out and in neutral. I cannot hear or notice it when driving though, only in neutral. Should i be concerned? I have put almost 1,000 miles on it and the noise persists but it doesnt seem to be causing an issue. Is there a solution to this? Is there a bearing that needs replacing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
