M491 Without Widebody

Model: Carrera, Year:1986, Mileage:125,00, Type of use:Street use only
I have a 1986 Carrera. It seems to have all or most of the components of the M491 option except for the wide body. Has the chin spoiler, whale tail, 50 & 55 series tires, turbo tie rods, turbo brakes. Could these parts be ordered "a la carte" from the factory or just added later?
