Minimum Octane Requirement

Engine

Vehicle Information: Model : Carrera; Year: 2007; Mileage: 1,500;

The owners manual on my 2007 Carrera states the engine requires premium fuel with a minimum octane of 95 RON. I have been unable to locate premium gas in my area of Southern California with anything higher than 91 octane. The Porsche dealer's service manager said 91 is ok to use as it is almost impossible to find higher octane. Is this a problem for the engine or the warranty? If I were to locate racing gasoline (105-108+ octane) would this be better for the engine? Thanks!
