General lack of full power throughout the backfiring but some stuttering and poor response. I have tested with a timing light all plug wires near the plug area.Mostly on plug wire 6 or 5 I either have total lack of flash at the plug, or intermittent. But will have better and complete flashing near the distributor or half way towards the plug. I do not see any grounded areas or arcing. The other plug wires all fire consistently according to the light. Present plugs are NGK BP7ES, wires are BWC silicone-copper core with new ends, and either one of the coils:Accel 8140 or something else d65/d6313A. These are connected to an XR700 with a transistor. timing is good(about 3atdc.)
