Missing Menu Options

Electrical and Electronic

Vehicle Information: Model : 2006; Year: 2006; Mileage: 30,000;

We just bought our first Porsche. The car was a CPO car and we recently had it in the shop to have the dealer take a look at a couple of items. We do have the sport-chrono package. From reading the manuals, we believe we should have individual memory settings menu option and the trip/sport menu options, but these are not showing. When we talked to the dealer, they said that our car was not suppose to have these menu options. After their technician spent a good deal of time "researching", they determined that these menu options were only available if you have the multi-function steering wheel. In the Porsche manuals, we read them to say that the sport-chrono package gives you these options. What is correct? I have read that a couple of people have had this same issue and it was resolved by the dealer, but can't seem to find what the actual fix was. How can we know for sure if we are to have these options and how can we actually correct the problem if they are supposed to be there? Thanks.
