Oil Change Procedure

Model: 911, Year:1988, Mileage:73000, Type of use:Both Street & Track
I have a modified 1988 Carerra with Ruf fiberglass front bumper with a big oil cooler in the center. It doesn't look like the previous owner drained the oil cooler because there's no hole in the bumper under the drain plug to access the drain plug and not enough room tbetween the bumper and cooler to get an allen wrench into the drain plug. Should I drill the bumper to allow access to the plug or isn't there enough oil in the cooler to worry about draining. Primary use of the car is DE but I do use it on the street too.
