The oil cooling fan has come on within minutes of driving and engine not up to first bar of oil temp guage and will not shut off. The fan is blowing at a high volume while driving and after I stop the engine and continues to run. I have waited 10 minutes and finally restarted the engine several time before the fan stopped blowing. This has happened only twice but it has me concerned, what do you suspect the problem is.
