Oil Damage to 1986 911 Wheels

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Cabriolet; Year: 1986; Body Type: Convertible; Total Mileage: 26,000;

The oil line to the radiator apparently develped a fracture after I cleaned the car for winter storage and leaked onto the wheels. This contamination was thus on the wheels all winter. The bright part of the wheels is spotted with a dull appearance. I have used standard wheel cleaners such as P21S with no improvement. Did the detergents in the oil attack the anodizing requiring a complete refinish or is there something I can do? The black centers are spotted as well but are less noticeable.
