Other

Vehicle Information: Model: 86 911 CAB; Year: 1995; Body Type: Cabriolet; Total Mileage: 37,800;

THE QUESTION IS FOR A 1986 911 CARRERA CABRIOLET THERE IS A SMALL BLOWER MOTOR BEHIND THE DASH THAT IS CONNECTED TO THE THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT TEMPERATURE SENSOR THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN IS ON OR MAKING ENOUGH NOISE THAT IT SOUNDS AS IF THE HEAT OR A/C IS ON...DOES IT EVER SWITCH OFF ....CAN YOU CONTROL IT OR WHERE DO I FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR IT... I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND ANY INFORMATION ON IT AT ALL.IF I STICK MY HAND UNDER THE DASH I CAN STOP IT FROM RUNNING BY GRABBING THE FAN BLADES BUT IT STARTS TO ROTATE THE MINUTE I RELEASE THE BLADES... IT IS BELOW THE HEAT AND OUTSIDE AIR CONTROLS...ITS ABOUT ONE INCH IN DIAMETER AND A COUPLE OF INCHES LONG WITH A HOSE LEADING TO THE PASSSENGER CAMPARTMENT TEMERATURE SENSOR....ANY IDEAS...THANKS
