polyrib belt replacement lo mi 996 C4

Engine

Model: 996 C4, Year:2002, Mileage:13000, Type of use:Street use only
I have a 2002 996 C4 with 13,000 miles, kept in an immaculate garage with no chance of critters. The car is driven at least once a month year-round.My service rep at the local Porsche dealership is recommending an extensive maintenance check including replacement of the "serpentine belt", I assume he means the polyrib belt in the owner's manual, air filter, the cabin air filter, and fuel filter. I understand changing the oil and filter as well as the brake fluid. However, why change the fuel filter, cabin air filter, air filter and especially the belt? Are there failure modes or problems I'm not aware of?
