Rebound adjustable or bump/rebound adjustable for track/street use?


Vehicle Information: Year: 1993; Engine (size, modifications): 5.4 litre; Total Mileage: 122K Km;

Would you recommend Devek's external rebound adjustable or the bump/rebound adjustable (level 3 vs level 2) for a car that is used on track about 12 days a year? Will be fitting the Devek springs and big bar too.Is the level 3 overkill for what is basically a street driven car?
