replace Fuel lines

Fuel System

Model: 911sc, Year:1983, Mileage:20,000, Type of use:Both Street & Track
Euro - CIS -993 ss Web Racing cams- 9.8 ratio -20,000 on fresh engineMy rubber fuel lines from the bottom of the accumulator to return line, return line and line from warm up regulator are original and need replacing. Do I clean off the old pipe up to the connections, remove factory clamps and replace using aftermarket fuel clamps or do I need new ends to enable me to use the aftermarket clamps. Is the frequency valve by default open or closed as I would like to eliminate it. The valve was disconnected years ago to get the pressure high enough to run the WEB cams. The car has been dynode and is never lean. There are no electronics or oxygen censors on this car.
