Ed,I am a local Maverick member who ran across a mid 1960s 911 # 303064 at a garage sale where they where asking $5000. As the story goes, this had belonged to Nate Newton of the Cowboys! I know this sounds fishy, but the house was his old house. There are also a number of body parts that someone had collected to restore the car, but never got around to doing it. Additional parts included are- front fenders, hood, floor boards, seats, and bumpers. The car turned over, but didnt start. Of coarse they said it runs, but???My question to you is... Is this something worth getting involved with as a father son project and if so, what would you suggest as an offer? Does your shop do any restoration work or is there other shops in our area that you would recommend? I know something like this always takes more time and money than originally budgeted, but dont you hate to see a beautiful old 911 rust away in the forest? Where and what type of info can I find using the cars number?Attached is a couple overall shots for you to look at. If you need to see more shots let me know.Thank you for your ongoing love for the car and its people.Richard Bradley
