Is Rolling the Front Fenders Required?

Wheels and Tires

Vehicle Information: Year: 1982; Body Type: Coupe;

I have a 1982 911SC that originally came with 6's/7's x 16 Fuchs Wheels. The car came optioned with a Chin Spoiler/Turbo Whale's Tail. I think it would look much better with 7's/8's.I want to take the 7's from the rear, and install them in the front and I want to go with 8's in the rear. I'm running Michelin Pilot Sports: Front - 205/55ZR16Rear - 225/60ZR16My question: If I run the 7's up front, do I have to "Roll" the Front Fenders? The car has Original Paint, 53k miles, and I hate to alter the inside of the front fenders. I know the 8's should fit in the rear without a problem. Please advise on the front wheel situation. Thank you.
