seat back/parcel shelf bolt

Model: 911, Year:9171, Mileage:68,000, Type of use:Both Street & Track
I am restoring a 1971 911t with my boys...we are doing well, but cannot seem to get the "standard" slotted screw out that holds the seatback/parcel shelf in place. It is the last piece of the interior left and we have tried all types of bolt and screw loosening fluids. It is also the "largest" standard head scrrew I have ever seen. Will I have to drill it out and replace it...or is there a tool and/or trick to get these little suckers out!All help is appreciated. Thanks,John Hayden and the little porsche garage gang!
