Servo motor problem

Heating and Ventilation

Model: C2, Year:1995, Mileage:120,00, Type of use:Street use only
I removed left & right lower trim panels, found right lower side servo motor to not be working. Ordered in new servo motor from Porsche (#99362432500), installed & system worked correctly for about 1 hour. Rechecked servo motor & found motor to not be working. Moved motor over to left side & still had no operation. Moved left motor over to right side & motor worked; this confirmed that motor is faulty. Ordered in a second servo motor from Porsche, installed on right side & system worked for around 2-3 days. After second motor stopped working then suspected faulty flap door as original one was binding slightly. Ordered in new flap valve (#93357216700), installed & system worked correctly for +/- 1 week. When vehicle returned checked all voltages, grounds & signals on both left & right electrical plugs, all appeared to be okay & within spec. Not sure why servo motor keeps blowing or stops working & I am very reluctant to install left servo motor into right side on a permanent basis as I don't want that servo motor to burn out as well. Right now I have the servo motor removed & flap valve jammed closed to allow cool air into the cabin as we are in the summer months.Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
