Solex Carb 911 Tandem Fuel Pump

Fuel System

Vehicle Information: Model: 911; Year: 1965; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2000 cc 901/01; Total Mileage: 165,000;

After partially rebuilding my engine following an over-revving incident, I find that no fuel is reaching the right bank of carburetors. There is fuel in the right float bowl.Could the diaphragm in the tandem pump have failed? If so, is there any truth to the rumor that the 356B/C diaphragm is the same? If not, could you suggest any source or replacement or repair?
