Spoiler fault

I am getting a SPOILER FAULT on my dashboard. If I am going > 75 mph, the spoiler raises. If I then drop to 65 it faults. I was recently at Porsche of Louisville for 15 mins. They reset the code and thought it was all good, not looking at it any further and not driving it. However, as soon as I left, it faulted again. Any ideas other than letting them look at it for hours at a time? I can make it raise with the button anytime I want. If I am not > 75 mph it faults. After 2 engine restarts, it will just retract on its own. Wierd.
