Hi Ed, I have followup questions to your answer concernig my ride harshness and the changes made by the previous owner. On another Porsche forum site someone is selling replacement kits for control arm bushings. Their kit has stainless sleeves, machined housings, bearings and hardened washers for the front control arms. Would that be any better than the bronz bushings? Also I read in another publication that a place called "Smart Racing" in Campbell, CA was replacing rubber bushings with new stock rubber bushings. Is that possible? If so that might be my best way to go? Final question. Why would you consider a last resort changing the torsion bars? Cost? What would you recommend for the torsion bar sizes?
