Suspension

Vehicle Information: Year: 1974; Body Type: Targa;

I have a 1974 Carrera Targa with stock swaybars, upgraded torsion bars (22, 26), Bilstein shocks and lowered and corner balanced. I run Hoisers on 16" rims, 8" and 9". I have rubber bushings.The car is balanced but tends to hop in the corners lifting a wheel. The car hits the stops on bumps. At the end of the day, while it handles predictably (a good thing) it is a struggle to go thru corners.My friends are using bigger bars, adjustable sway bars and are going thru the corners faster than me. It could (is likely) the driver but I would like to do more. What are your suggestions?
