Suspension rattle

Suspension

Vehicle Information: Year: 1997; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2.5; Total Mileage: 53000; Transmission: Manual;

I am hearing a rattle in the front right suspension/wheel. It seems to occur at moderate speed say 40 miles per hour over bumps and at higher speeds say 60-85 on the higway when there is no bumps. It seems as if a suspension component is loose but everything looks good under there and the shocks seem tight on both sides. Also there seems to be a mild ginding that can be felt but not heard at higher speed corners/bends when the right front wheel is on the outside (left bends). Any idea about the cause? Also could this wait to be checked/repaired at the 60K checkup?
