Just bought the car about a month ago. Replaced large coolant hose which was thought to be causing a small leak. Had coolant flushed from green to orange. Discovered another small leak then fixed a small coolant hose which now there are no more leaks. Coolant level near max. I notice driving in 60 to 65 degree weather temp gauge reads about 190 fully warmed up. Last weekend outside temps. got to 80 degrees, and temp gauge reading goes to 200 degrees. Is this normal for coolant temp to change with outside temp.? My other car is a Honda, and it seems no matter what the outside temp is the temp gauge stays the same fully warmed up.
