time trial turbo

Vehicle Information: Year: 1977; Engine (Size, Modifications): 3.2; Total Mileage: 78xxx;

i put new pagid orange pads all around last year along with stainless lines and a new master cylinder. since then i did 2 slaloms, a one day de and 5 time trial events. i have the car wieght down to 2740 with me in it.when i pulled out the pads for a visual inspection i found both rears down to about 5/32s with some evidence of cracking along the metal backing while the fronts where a 1/4 inch thick and still good.i expected just the opposite. the brakes are stock. is this normal or a reason for concern? the car doesn't have a brake bias built in or adjustment, right?thx, bill
