Tiptronic to Manual Gearbox Conversion

Vehicle Information: Year: 2000; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2, Dansk Headers/Sports Cat; Total Mileage: 14,000; Transmission: Tiptronic;

Just how complex is this procedure? The following definitely needs to be replaced :- Gearbox, gearshift, gearshift cover, steering wheel- Instrument dashboard (get rid of the tip indicators)- Steering wheel (without tip buttons)What I'm not too sure are :- ECU? Can I just disconnect the tip controller from the ECU and be done with it or do I need a manual Boxster S ECU?- Suspension arms?- Any other things?I've also read in a few places that the Boxster S uses the same gearbox as the 996. So can I also get the 996 transmission unit and bolt it onto my car along with the other Boxster specific parts above?I'm seriously exploring this option as there're simply no manual Boxster S in my country so buying a manual is not an option for me.
