Tires for 6x15 Fuchs

Wheels and Tires

Model: 911S, Year:1976, Mileage:135K, Type of use:Street use only
My car has the original 6X15 Fuchs, which I really like, with the same 215/60/15 Pirelli P6s that were on it when I bought it 3 years ago. The tires have plenty of tread left but are about 7 or 8 years old. I'd like to change to 205s because the 215s seem a little too wide for the wheels, although I've never had any problems. Not that much choice with 15s, but I've narrowed it down to Michelin Pilot Exaltos 205/60/15 or Yokohama S-Drive 205/55/15. The Yokos don't come in 60 profile. Is there any problem with going to a 55 profile with the orginal wheels? I do mostly touring, drive it hard from time to time, and do maybe one autocross a year.
