Troubled Horn

Vehicle Information: Year: 1997; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2.5 Liter; Total Mileage: 28000;
I bought this model for my wife's birthday and realized the horn had blown its fuse. After replacing the fuse, the horn will honk at turns and sometimes stick. I obviously removed the fuse to correct the embarrasment. Any ideas on the correction of this problem? Thanks in advance for any advice.
