Twin pluging 914 heads

I am working up the redesign of a type IV engine based around the Eaton M45 supercharger. I have been able to invent a way to get hydraulic roller lifters into the engine and I'm able to get the camshaft made to my numbers (these are the hardest design and fab problems). I plan to dual plug a set of heads using the smaller diameter motorcycle spark plugs (to reduce the head cracking problems associated with larger diameter stock spark plugs).I have two questions:1. Do you know of an off the shelf formula to calculate the CFM through put of a single cylinder engine?2. How does the spark plug heat range react when dual spark plugs are used?
