Uneven pad wear


Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Euro; Year: 1984; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2; Total Mileage: unkwn;

I have an 84 911 Euro, stock E class car. I run Pagid blacks, frt and rear, with slotted frt rotors and standard rears. I have duct work on the frt rotors, the rears have no duct work and the protective plate is still installed. The rear brake regulator is still in place but i do not know if it has been modified internally (I've heard that most track cars have it totally removed). Brakes bleed and flushed regularly, stiff pedal. My issue is irregular brake pad wear. The rears are wearing quicker than the fronts, which i would not think should be normal. After this past weekend's event at Road Atlanta, i also noticed that the right front was wearing slightly quicker that the left (might be a functions of the track--only think i can think of is turn 10A after the long straight). The car brakes fine, or at least i'm used to its braking characteristics, but i'm concerned about the uneven brake wear and that it might not be braking up to its potential.
