Vee noise in gear while lift up throttle pedal

Vehicle Information: Model: 3.2 Carrera; Year: 1987; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2 with authority mass flow chip SSi & early muffler; Total Mileage: 94000.;

Hi pls help,i have vee noise while engine cold normally in gear with lift up throttle,when press the throttle the noise is gone, I disconnected the fan belt with engine cold the noise still exist,because I think alternator bearing,which is not,than I think intake may leak I re torque the intake manifold the noise still there is it pilot bearing? but noise only come when gear engaged if pilot bearing problem the noist should come even gear disengaged pls advise me thank you very very much
