Water Leak

Vehicle Information: Model: 993; Year: 1996; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 47000;

I recently had to drive my car in torrential downpours for approximately 4 hours. I then noticed a large puddle of water on the floor in the back seat of the drivers side. After getting everything dried out, I tried to figure out where the water was coming from. The only thing that appears out of the ordinary is the sun roof drain on the back of the drivers side is clogged.(When I poured water around the sunroof, the only drain of the four that didn't work was that one) Could this be the source of the water? If so, where would it drain to the floor? I didn't notice anything being wet except the floor itself. If that isn't the source, where else could it be coming form? I sprayed water everywhere and nothing else appears to be leaking.Also, the same drive in the rain made the immobilizer light come on while I was driving. After the car dried out for several days, the immobilizer light went out and the immobilizer itself appears to be working fine, but the red LED on the doors now stays on all the time. If I lock the doors the light flashes like it should be it still stays on in between flashes. Have you heard of such a thing? What do you think it may be?
