Water pump?

I have a squeak (chirp) after the car is warmed up. I took it to the Wallingford Porsche and when the tech finally heard it, he said it may be coming from the water pump.  He said it may be the seal. It doesn't do it when the car is cold ... only after it is warmed up. I had the water pump changed three and a half years ago by Bert Smith Porsche when we lived in Florida. The pump has 20,000 miles on it. It doesn't leak and the bearing is good. I also changed the serpentine belt last year. He said not to worry about it if I can live with the squeak.

My question is two part ... (1) could something else be causing the squeak ... or (2) is there some water pump lubricant that I can try.
