What to do to fix brake squeal

Model: 993, Year:1997, Mileage:54000, Type of use:Street use only
I have a 1997 993 and recently had all the brake pads replaced. They have developed brake squeal which occurs only over the last wheel turn or two and under low/moderate braking. The brakes work fine under heavy/severe braking. The brake work was done by a highly regarded proffessional Porsche mechanic and he used one of the two pads availble for the 993. He reused the scilencer spyders because they were in good condition. he did not replace the rotors. He sprayed on the paste. I have about 900 miles on the new brakes and 54,000 miles on the car. I've tried repetative extreme stops from 60/70 mph without success in eliminating the squeal. What can I do? I love the car but the squeal is driving me crazy. I've gone through the online Q&A but no answer is apparent. Help!
